We have exciting news to share!
We are thrilled to announce that LiveConnections and our long-time partner venue World Cafe Live have combined into a single nonprofit organization.
We’ve been side-by-side partners since we started. Now by integrating we will be able to expand our impact and ensure long-term stability.
Did you know World Cafe Live is one of Philly’s last remaining independent venues? We aim to stay independent, and deepen our roots as a community-focused house of music.
We will also continue the great education and community work LiveConnections has always been known for, from Bridge Sessions to school residencies to unique collaborations. This next chapter will allow us to do even more, and develop new programming out of our long-time vision for building community through live music.
Your support over the years has made it possible for us to embark on this bold transition. LiveConnections and World Cafe Live together will be a powerhouse, growing a vibrant ecosystem of live music and education in Philadelphia.
