Kevin Burke is a singer-songwriter hailing from Long Island, New York. His musical journey began at a young age, as he embarked on extensive US tours with punk bands from the age of 15. By the age of 18, Kevin made the decision to leave college behind and hit the road once more, this time as a solo artist opening for the likes of Pat Benatar, Boy George and Culture Club, and Boz Scaggs. Drawing inspiration from artists like Billy Joel, Rufus Wainwright, Keane, The Cranberries, and Elvis Costello, Kevin's music combines the depth and storytelling of classic pop with a contemporary palette. In September 2023, Kevin released his latest single, "Out Alive," which marked a significant moment in his artistic journey. The song coincided with his opening slot for Ben Barnes' sold-out European tour. "Out Alive" is not only a testament to his talent as a composer but also a heartfelt declaration of his identity as a bisexual individual. The song was met with overwhelming support from both new fans and the LGBTQ+ community, significantly expanding his following. Beyond his career as an artist, Kevin is actively involved in various projects, including writing a musical and co-producing Ben Barnes' debut album alongside members of Maroon 5 at Apogee Studios in Santa Monica, California. Looking ahead, 2024 holds exciting prospects for Kevin Burke as he sets his sights on recording his debut album, playing an array of live shows, and releasing a stream of new singles. With his unique blend of pop, personal storytelling, and an unwavering commitment to authenticity, Kevin Burke is an artist on the rise, poised to make a lasting impact on the pop landscape.
Max Jury is a songwriter and a troubadour in the classic sense. Someone whoʼs always followed the music. Ahead of his self-titled 2016 debuMt ax Jury, Max set off for London, which marked the start of his unique musical journey. The debut album went on to receive great critical acclaim, with the first single ʻNumbʼ connecting with new fans alike across the UK, France, and America, garnering more than 40 million global streams to date. For his second album, 2019ʼsModern World, Max decamped to Los Angeles to work with award-winning producer, Robin Hanniba(lKendrick Lamar, Little Dragon). However, the COVID-19 pandemic descended soon after the album's release, bringing the campaign to a halt before it had a chance to get started. Max left London and settled in Chapel Hill, North Carolina for eighteen months, working out of a studio run by an old friend, Stacy Harden. During this time of virus-induced confinement, the two musicians began to write songs together. Fast forward to January 2022, Max traveled back to London and began working with Dan Rothman of London Grammar. The mutual respect between the two artists resulted in a production collaboration yielding the new single ʻIs This Love?ʼ featuring Delilah Montagu.
